Thermal break assembly unit is used for combining strut with an aluminum profile tightly:
1. The crimping process uses three sets of wheels which rotate the aluminum on to the strut to mechanically lock it into place, forming the bond between the two extrusions and the strut.
The process to perform thermal break profiles consists of three phases:
1. knurling of the plastic bar grooves.
2. insertion of the plastic bars in the grooves, previously knurled, so that the inner and outer aluminum shells of the profile are connected.
